Destructive and non-destructive tests

Destructive Testing: Mechanical Properties
In many industrial applications, material properties are crucial for the longevity of products and structures. The best way to determine material behavior is by subjecting it to various loads, sometimes even to the point of failure. Destructive mechanical testing often yields more information and is easier to interpret than non-destructive tests. Our mechanical properties laboratory conducts a wide range of tests, including tension, bending, impact, and hardness tests, based on the most widely used ISO and ASTM standards.
Chemical Analysis
The chemical analysis laboratory is a key component in material identification, utilizing the latest technology and experienced experts to determine the chemical composition of materials and ensure they meet existing standards. In this section, chemical analysis is performed using quantitative methods, allowing for the chemical analysis of all metal alloys, including various steels, cast irons, aluminum alloys, and more.
Metallographic Testing
In addition to chemical analysis and mechanical tests, metallographic structure examination provides valuable insights into material quality. For example, macro and micro examinations can reveal internal defects and material cleanliness, structure type, grain size, ferrite quantity, depth of carburization, and more. Our laboratory is equipped for metallographic examinations with advanced microscopes, micro and macro cameras, and Vickers hardness testers.
Non-Destructive Testing
We provide non-destructive testing and services for all industrial components produced through casting, forging, rolling, welding, etc., or during production by experienced and certified professionals to:
1- Identify defects in primary components or during production to eliminate additional costs within the organization.
2- Ensure equipment safety for employee well-being and prevent unfortunate incidents during service.
Types of non-destructive testing services available include:
Visual Inspection (VT)
Penetrant Testing (PT)
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Radiographic Testing (RT)
