Gaining the statue of the 7th national quality conference by IRID

IRID Co. succeeded to gain the statue of the 7th national quality conference, held with the approach of the role of comprehensive quality in achieving maximum customer satisfaction.

According to a report by the Iran Rail Industries Development Co’s (IRID’s) Public Relations Office, the 7th national quality conference, held with the approach of the role of comprehensive quality in achieving maximum customer satisfaction, aiming at the improvement and continuance development of the quality in the organizational processes as well exploring the leading industrial units, guaranteeing the quality of the local industries was held on Tuesday, 7.Shahrivar.1402 (29.Auag.2023) Shahid Beheshti University – International Conference Center.

The aim of holding this conference was to monitor the quality and customer orientation policy through a scientific and educational platform of some managers, experts and specialists, who regarded quality as a valuable factor, while, playing a role with creativity and innovation in their products with the best quality or providing valuable services and seeking to meet the expectations of customers to satisfy them.

The following issues would be discussed in this seminar: -New analyzes of standardization, -A review and explanation of the methods for obtaining the best products and services, -The importance of quality in improving the productivity of organizations and economic enterprises, – The role of competitiveness and quality improvement in satisfying customers

IRID, as the unique manufacturer of railway switches in Iran, participated in this conference and obtained valuable points in the specified fields, such as: optimal management of human capital, total quality management (TQM), organizational management and leadership, customer orientation, designing and the suppling of products and services, resources and infrastructures, etc. It succeeded to receive the statue and plaque of this conference.
