The honorable CEO of Tabriz Urban Railways Organization(TURO) of Tabriz Metropolis, paid a visit to IRID company alongside with the honorable accompanying delegation.

According to a report by the Public Relations Office of Iran Railway Industries Development Company (IRID), on Tuesday, 9th of Esfand of the current year (28.Feb. 2023), Dr. Vahidkia, CEO of Tabriz Urban Railways Organization(TURO) of Tabriz Metropolis, paid a visit to IRID company’s production lines in order to supply the turnouts, requested for the Line 2 of Tabriz Metro, alongside with Mr. Bagherifar, the Finance Vice President and Engineer Ghasemipour, the Project Manager of the line 2 of this organization, with the attendance of Engineer Motaghipour, CEO of IRID, and some of the deputy directors and managers of IRID Company.

It should be mentioned that in the meeting, held for this purpose, Engineer Motaghipour, while giving explanations about turnout production process, by means of the internal capacities and IRID’s development plans ahead, announced company’s readiness to supply all the requirements of Tabriz metro in the shortest possible period.

Also, Dr. Vahidkia, while pointing out to the good experiences of mutual cooperations between the two organizations, regarding the supply of turnouts for Line 1, emphasized to Tabriz Urban Railways Organization’s (TURO’s ) policy in supporting the local manufacturers and expressed hope that the production of turnouts, requested for the Line 2 of Tabriz Metro to be scheduled in the production program of this company as soon as possible.
