IRID’s First Board Meeting of 1405: Commitment to Sustained Production and Human Capital

The first board meeting of IRID (Iran Rail Industries Development) for the year 1405 was held with the participation of board members and senior executives. According to the Public Relations Department of IRID, the session focused on reviewing the 1404 performance report, addressing challenges within the rail industry, and prioritizing the well-being of the workforce. The meeting began with a comprehensive report on the achievements, performance, and key initiatives undertaken by the Executive and Support divisions throughout the previous year (1404). Mohammad Kalami, CEO of IRID, while expressing condolences on the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader, emphasized the necessity of unity and intensified effort during the current circumstances. Outlining the company’s strategic priorities, Mr. Kalami underscored the imperative of maintaining robust production levels, identifying human capital as the organization’s most valuable asset and the cornerstone of its success. The CEO of this knowledge-based company further analyzed the existing challenges within the rail industry. Through collaborative discussion with the management team, he called for the adoption of strategic measures to overcome these obstacles and ensure the company’s sustainable development. On the sidelines of the meeting, board members participated in a tree-planting ceremony to honor the memory of the martyrs of the war against the Iranian nation. Regarding the ceremony, CEO Mohammad Kalami stated, “This initiative is in alignment with the Supreme Leader’s recommendations on environmental stewardship and honoring the legacy of our martyrs.” He added, “Planting these saplings is a symbol of our unwavering commitment to revolutionary values and our enduring respect for those who sacrificed for our nation.”
